So here's me standing among the lavender at the essential oil farm in Mona Utah. Next to me is another type of Melissa, it's in the mint family and I didn't even know it was a plant until I started doing essential oils. I was gone for the past week so I could experience convention and farm day. It was worth it :)
Hi Melissa!
ReplyDeleteWell, I just had to comment on this as we were just talking about essential oils in class last night, but this is way cool! I didn't even think they had essential oil farms like this that a person could go visit! That is so neat! By the way, awesome that you found an essential oil with your name; it must mean that you are supposed to use that one! Lol! I will have to look and see if there is anything like this in my area; I would love to go!
~Best wishes
Thanks for the comment AJ. I didn't even know there was a plant named Melissa until I started doing the oils. As far as I know though only Young Living has their own farms. They distill and grow their own oils and they have farms all over the world and four in the U.S in Lehi and Mona Utah and St.Maries and Highland Flats Idaho. I was at the Mona farm and it was great to see the entire oil process. :)
